Overview

There can be a lot to take in on the Dashboard. The Dashboard is where you can see how viewers are interacting with your show, both currently and historically. Want to know which sequences viewers like the most?

Data

Active Viewers

Active Viewers

First up on the Dashboard is the Active Viewers count. This number chart thingy displays how many viewers are currently on your Viewer Page as weell as how many unique visitors stopped by today.

Active Requests/Active Votes

Active Requests

The name of this number chart will actually change depending on your Viewer Control Mode. If set to Jukebox, it will display how many requests are in the queue and how many requests have been made today. If Voting, it will display how many current votes there are for the round and how many votes have been made today.

Dashboard Stats

The rest of the Dashboard page contains various charts, some of which are shown based on the Viewer Control Mode you are currently using. The date range of the charts can be set by using the Start Date and End Date filters.

Download Stats

Within the date filter card, there is a button that allows you to download your stats. Note that only the stats withing the selected date range will be downloaded.

Dashboard Stats Expiration

Dashboard stats will automatically be deleted after 18 months. This allows you plenty of time to be able to download your stats to save for year-to-year comparison or to email your friends and brag about how amazing your show is.

Unique Viewers by Date

This chart displays how many unique Viewer Page visits you had for the given date. The more the better. That means people think what you're doing is cool.

Total Viewers by Date

This counts all Viewer page visits for the date, even if a single viewer visited your page multiple times that day.

Owner Page Visits

If you log into the Control Panel and visit your own Viewer Page from the link in the Profile, it won't count towards the Unique or Total visits. So don't worry about racking up numbers if you're working on your Viewer Page.

Sequence Requests by Date

This shows only if your Viewer Control Mode is set to Jukebox. The Sequence Requests by Date chart shows how many sequence requestswere made on that day. And if you hover over the chart you'll be able to see how many times each individual sequence was requested.

Sequence Requests

This chart breaks down how many times specific sequences were requested in the given date range. This is a great way to see which sequences get requested the most.

Sequence Votes by Date

This chart (and the following ones) display if the Viewer Control Mode is set to Voting. The Sequence Votes by Date shows how many total votes were made on a given date, and hovering over the chart shows a breakdown of all the votes by sequence.

Sequence Votes

This chart shows how many total votes sequences have received during the given date range. Again, great way to see which sequences people like if using the voting mode.

Total Wins by Date

Not all sequences win, so this graph breaks down how many voting rounds were done on a given day and (once again) by hovering you can see which sequences won that day and how many times.

Sequence Wins

Maybe even a better indicator of sequence popularity in voting mode is how many times the sequence actually won a voting round. You can see that breakdown on this chart.
